✦ Payment ✦
* All prices are in USD.
* Payments accepted via PayPal or through Ko-Fi.
* Full payment is required upfront via PayPal invoice (due within 5 business days).
* For large commissions, payment plans are allowed — just message me to arrange it in advance.NO REFUNDS

✦ Process & Delivery ✦
* Please fill out my commission form with clear details and reference images.
* Once accepted, I’ll email you and send an invoice. I begin work after payment is received.
* Delivery time is 1-4 days at the least and 1 month at the most. I’ll inform you of any delays.
* I may decline commissions that I’m uncomfortable with.
* You’ll receive updates during each stage: sketch → line art → color → background.
* No changes are accepted after the final piece is delivered.

* Unlimited revisions allowed during the sketch phase.
* Only minor changes (like color tweaks) allowed during coloring.
* Extra fees apply if you request changes after approval of a phase.

* Commissions are for personal use only (e.g. social media icons, wallpapers, prints for yourself).
* You may not sell or redistribute the artwork.

✦ Commercial Use ✦
* Commercial use (e.g. selling products with the artwork) will add on to the commission fee if bought. ($10)
* You must credit me as the artist.
* You may not claim the artwork as your own.

* Extra fees apply for:
* Commercial use + $10
* Private commissions + $15

✦ The Client ✦
* You may not modify the artwork without my permission.
* DO NOT use the art for AI training or upload it to any AI platform.
* DO NOT sell or mint the artwork as an NFT. Violations will result in a public blacklist.

* I reserve the right to:
* Post the finished art on my social media, portfolio, commission sheets, etc.
- (Unless we agreed to keep it private beforehand.)
* If you commission fanart, I’m not responsible for any legal issues if you misuse it.
